In season this April: radishes - rhubarb - lettuces - salad leaves - purple sprouting broccoli - salad onion - watercress - rocket - wild garlic - chervil - oregano - sorrel - thyme - honeydew melon - salmon - sea bass - Scottish farmed trout. Baby spinach - English strawberries (late in the month)
